Structured organizational assessments led by Mel Meier, DBA, who has conducted assessments and examinations since 2007, independently and through multiple examiner cycles with the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence (TNCPE), a state level program built on the Baldrige Excellence Framework, most recently as a Master Examiner, and has examined more than 50 organizations. Every diagnostic ends with a clear findings report and an executive briefing, with optional advisory and implementation support afterward.
Enterprise Diagnostic
A whole of organization assessment across leadership, strategy, customers, measurement, workforce, operations, and results. Built on the Baldrige Excellence Framework and behavioral decision science. Deliverables include a findings report, prioritized gap analysis, and an executive briefing for your board or leadership team.
Department Diagnostic
A focused assessment of a single department, program, or function. Identifies performance gaps, process friction, and decision bottlenecks, and delivers a findings report with a practical improvement roadmap sized to your team.
